The 16PF personality questionnaire measures a set of 16 traits that describe and predict a person’s behaviour in a variety of contexts. As an empirically based tool, the 16PF helps you to remove the subjectivity inherent in the interview or assessment process so that your selection policy is fair, and so that you get the person you really need. In development contexts, the 16PF helps individuals achieve personal insight into their own strengths, potential and career fit – now and in the future.

The MBTI® (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) questionnaire provides a highly insightful framework for individual and group development, provoking self-awareness by looking at how a person perceives the world and how they prefer to interact with others. The MBTI instrument sorts individuals into psychological ‘types’ so that they can identify how they are similar to some people and different to others, and how they can improve their working and personal relationships in a positive and constructive way.

The WPI assessment was designed by Shawn Bakker and Donald McNab. Its purpose is to identify personality traits that directly relate to work performance. This focus on the link between personality traits and work performance helps professionals make the most efficient and effective match between people and work roles. By identifying individual’s personality traits, the WPI can help guide coaching and individual development, enhance leadership development and succession planning, increase team effectiveness and provide insight into how people can best manage their careers.
